Rakshak Anand
Founder, Head of Operations
Rakshak Anand is a project management professional who transitioned from corporate operations to health entrepreneurship.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from PES University and a Master’s degree in Supply Chain and Project Management from the University of Wollongong, Sydney Business School.
He began his career in operations at the Irish firm Leadable, where he worked as an Operations Executive and later as a Senior Operations Executive. He then moved to Sydney to work as a Project Administrator at Infinite Water.
Rakshak designs and manages the operational systems that deliver Sakriya’s medical care across India.
He ensures structured patient experience, clear communication, precise coordination between specialists, and the seamless implementation of every treatment pathway.
Outside of work, he is an active member at New Acropolis, manages a small farm, and is also learning tennis.


Meet Our Founders
Sakriya Health was founded by Dr.Chandrika Anand and Rakshak, with a shared intention of bringing clarity and structure to health care in India.
Dr. Chandrika Anand leads the clinical direction of Sakriya, bringing her long-standing experience in PCOS treatment, metabolic health, and reproductive care. The operational framework is built and managed by Rakshak, ensuring clarity, structure, and seamless patient experience across India.

Dr. Chandrika Anand is a senior consultant in Obstetrics and Gynaecology with over two decades of experience.
A graduate of Kasturba Medical College, Mangalore, she was awarded the Dr. T.M.A. Pai Gold Medal as the Best Outgoing Student and secured eight university gold medals. She completed her MD from Bangalore Medical College, ranking first in Bangalore University, and later earned her DNB in OBG.
Her clinical work spans normal and high-risk pregnancies, evidence-based women’s health, and long-term management of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS).
As a patron member of the PCOS Society of India and a working member of the FOGSI Endocrinology Committee, she has contributed to research, public education, and national conferences on women’s health.
Dr. Chandrika’s approach integrates medicine, nutrition, movement, and psychology to address PCOS at its root.
She has conducted awareness programs for students, corporates, and medical professionals, and led large-scale screening camps for early detection of metabolic and hormonal disorders.
At Sakriya Health, she continues her mission to make structured, science-backed care accessible to every woman, by empowering them to understand, manage, and overcome PCOS with clarity and confidence.
Outside of her medical work, she enjoys caring for her dogs and tending to her bonsai garden.
